Privacy Policy
ScratchBest collects information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, account details, contact messages, and purchase or winnings data you enter in site tools. We also use anonymous browser or session identifiers to keep site features working, link an anonymous session during registration, and protect Arcade integrity.
How information is used
We use information to operate accounts and tools, provide requested communications, improve the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and process purchases. Submitting an email form with its consent disclosure—or explicitly selecting the optional marketing checkbox during registration—authorizes ScratchBest marketing emails. Registration without that selection, a Stripe purchase, or anonymous browsing does not subscribe you.
Email choices
An explicitly disclosed marketing signup form or the optional registration checkbox records consent. The account-verification email also confirms the mailbox for registration opt-ins, so ScratchBest does not send a second marketing verification email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option. Account and security messages remain separate from marketing choices.
Cookies, analytics, and providers
ScratchBest uses necessary browser storage and cookies for sessions, authentication, preferences, and abuse prevention. With your cookie choices, the site may use Meta analytics and advertising tools to understand usage. Stripe handles payment details under its own privacy practices; ScratchBest does not store full payment-card numbers. Google provides optional account sign-in. Cloudflare and Heroku provide site and application hosting. Resend or another configured email delivery provider processes recipient, message, and delivery-event information to deliver requested account messages and consented marketing. Marketing delivery, link clicks, and opens may be measured when tracking is enabled; open measurements can be imprecise because of email-client privacy features.
Retention and sharing
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain consent and security records, meet legal or accounting needs, and resolve disputes. Unsubscribe, complaint, and delivery-suppression records may be retained so an address is not accidentally mailed again. ScratchBest does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or when reasonably required by law, security, or a business transaction.
